I always save Paper Towel cardboard tubes for some reason, looking for a good re-use for them. This solves that problem! Found this on a reddit post, this ingenious idea needs to be re-hosted for it’s simple premise, and great example of re-use. While it may take more time wrapping the cables when you pack your decorations, you’ll thank the extra effort come next holiday season, when the lights simply spool onto the tree.
